Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

United States

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that, a flat rate of $9.95 is charged at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 9 to 14 business days from dispatch.

US orders currently ship from our international warehouse. There is nothing additional to pay on delivery.

European Union

We ship to all 27 European Union member states.

Shipping is free on orders over €150. Below that, a flat rate of €9 is charged at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 9 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Import duties and taxes. All import duties and taxes on European Union orders are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs, duty or VAT charges when your order is delivered.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
